Return & Refund Policy – Gold Dress
Gold Dress is operated by Gold Dress LLC. We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this 14-day window may be refused.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New, unworn, and unwashed.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by all included accessories (if applicable).
Proof of purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required to process any return.

Important: Please wait for return approval and our shipping instructions before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return method: By mail only.
- Return label: A prepaid return label will be provided for all approved returns.
- Restocking fee: None.
Return shipping is free for all approved returns, including change-of-mind returns and defective items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@gold-dress.com with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or color. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@gold-dress.com with your order number and the details of the item you would like instead. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@gold-dress.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned after the 14-day return window.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
