Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note: some orders may ship in multiple packages due to our warehousing logistics. If your order arrives in more than one shipment, don't worry — each tracking number will be sent separately.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Gold Dress purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Final sale items, accessories, and custom orders are non-refundable
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@gold-dress.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Drop off your package at any USPS location
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Exchanges
For size exchanges, please contact us at support@gold-dress.com. We'll reserve the correct size and process your exchange as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@gold-dress.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
